We visited the lot so many times before we decided to actually go ahead with the house. It was a hard decision because we had a difficult time visualizing how the lot would look with the house on it and how they'd deal with the slopes and grading. I'm not sure if you can tell from these photos but the entire lot was a hill so we knew they'd have to do a lot of work to make any part of the lot level. You'll see in coming posts that they are really doing a great job of that - better than we imagined!
