All along we've been nervous about how the yard is going to turn out. The crew is doing a great job of grading the lot but it looks like, unless we want a 6+ foot hill in the middle of our backyard, we'll need a retaining wall (or 2). It seems like we'll probably end up with 2 nice sized flat sections separated by these walls, which I think will make for a great yard. The driveway and front yard are turning out really nicely as well.
